Oak tall bureau from the 19th Century

19th Century oak ebonised tall bureau and with carved foliate scroll decoration, housing Eton College papers and book.
 
Stripped off the oil based coating to reveal the original oak hand carved details. Then sanded and waxed with light stain finish to enhance the oak. 
 
Dimensions: 187cm high, 76cm wide, open 75cm deep, closed 45cm deep.
