PYE Model: Waveband Radio 1416
A fully refurbished Pye 1416 from around the 1970s and manufactured by Pye Ltd, Radio Works, Cambridge.
This set features three Wavebands Long Wave, Medium Wave and FM which are easily changed using the push buttons.  Volume and Tone are adjusted by the slider controls. It can be powered by four C batteries making it portable using the carrying handle or with the supplied mains power lead.
Additional features include an earphone jack and a telescopic antenna.
